The only thing I don't have are the splice/taps, but I soldered all the connections.

I also have a custom wastegate harness that I had Caspers make that allows simultaneous use of ecm and BstC control if you use another solenoid that I'll sent with it.

Do you need a HD actuator to run higher boost levels (+30lbs) with this?

I ran 28lb with a standard actuator but used two stock wastegate solenoids.
