Its called Tuner style. I'd say more than 50% of the people on the board have it that way. You just put in a bleeder valve and now you have an easily adjustable wastegate.
A bleader valve lets you run hoses into the cockpit of your car. You can then bleed off pressure from the wastegate, that in turn lets you turn up the boost from inside the car.
