Cam Question??

I just currently bought another GN and I'm getting my want list up. The car has 115k on it and I'm prety sure that nothing has been done to it, pretty much stock. I'm planning on installing new valve springs and timing chain. I was wondering since I would be that far along would it be worth while to change the cam. If so, what cam would I need. When it comes down to the internal parts of a engine I'm lost.
I'm going to keep this car streetable and plan on putting either a 44 or 51 turbo on it in the future, along with a walbro fuel pump and I'm guessing somewhere around 42-50lb injectors??

Any Suggestions on a good set up that somebody else might have already accomplished or tried.

cam quetion?

The stock cam and d5 converter with a john craig ta61 took my car to 11.60s with 40lbs injector and a poston 8 position chip and after market 2.5 inch intercooler neck.
