car lifting up?

i watched american muscle car the other day and it had the good ole GN and Gnx on there. it showed where the gnx has a metal bar going from the axle to i guess the frame and was wondering who makes/sells them.

I believe you would have to put in the whole GnX rear suspension in order to use that track bar. Otherwise, it will put the upper control arms in bind, or vice versa. Fairly expensive swap, and some on here claim that it doen't help handling that much?
