Car Pulling right

Car was straight as an arrow until I went for inspection and they put it on the lift / Pulled passenger front tire.

Now it pulls right pretty good and the steering wheel is off center.

whats the verdict ???

Did they bend a tie rod?

Absolute worst case, is the frame really rusty and it bent? I hope not.

Well Im not sure if they bent it. The car is very clean underneath.
Its a garage queen with only 43k and never sees rain or snow..

I was nearby when they did the ins. He only pulled the tire and took a look at the brakes..

look at the upper control arm bushings they might be torn.
