ok guys heres my dumb question of the month

I plan on a terry houston 3" downpipe and the test and dump to go with it

if I get a hooker exhaust system will it bolt on with the downpipe and test/dump pipe? or will there be problems or what?

That's the only ones I am smart enough to answer!

I have that combo, as it has been said, it does work. I would add it worked great in my car, find someone with a lift and you could even do the exhaust work yourself. The THDP comes with a 3" test pipe with dump, and the Hooker cat back bolts on at the exhaust flange at the back of the test pipe. You'll like it! Also use some orange high temp gasket sealer where the THDP and test pipe fit together as they do not recommend a pipe clamp there.

Here's one for you.Instead of RTV to seal the D/P to Testpipe interface,try a real wide band clamp[truck suppliers sell them for connecting exhaust systems].They're about 6" wide and use two bolts to tighten the band around the pipes.

Man your lucky i have a dumb question every week. I'll tell you something else the people on this board will spend alot of time trying to help no matter how far off the question is.
