WHAT IS THE HOT TICKET FOR ATTACHING THE PLASTIC CENTER WHEEL CAP 'S 5 SMALL PLASTIC STUDS TO THE METAL PIECE WITH HOLES FOR THE 5 PLASTIC STUDS?

Take an old soldering iron put the metal clip back on and melt the plastic tips until they mushroom. The caps will not snap off again.

brake off any studs that are left . drill small holes where the studs were and put screws there

I put mine in a vise and JB Welded it. That's been 3 years ago and they are doing great even in the carwash tunnel
