Change Drive speedo gear in car ?

Can speedo Drive ( not driven ) gear be changed with trans in car ?

Yes, You'll have to drop the pan and Governor cover + Gov. Drive gear is on Gov. Remove the Speedo bullet with driven gear 1st.
