Changing the shift point???????

How do you change the RPM shift point??? Right now, I cant get it to shift above 4200 RPM???????? Confused........

check your TV cable and make sure its adjusted right.

read that. if thats not it it may be sometrhing in the tranny causing it. sure hope not tho.

Check the TV adjustment first.

If you still have the same problem, perhaps you have a Trans-Go shift kit nstalled in your car. This kit calls for the installer to drill the valvebody.
The two people I knew that did such a thing had problems with short shifting.
IMO, this aggressive kit screws up the stock shift points.

If the TV adjustment doesn't work, then you have to move to modifying the governor itself. Basically, you take some weight out of the smaller weight. It works!
