Chrome strip on the dash?

What's the best way to go about replacing the chrome strip on the dash?

Just yank the old one out. Be careful when removing a good one that you want to keep. If you bend it too much when taking it out, it will look terrible. The chrome and clear plastic covering will crack. Then just push the new one into the dash carefully so that you don't bend it too much. Piece o' cake.
