Has anyone chrome plated the pipes from a PTE front mount intercooler?

If you did, how did it come out? The surfsace is not 100% smooth and the metal is pretty thin.

They did my alternator years ago and it looks awesome. They also chrome the turbo shields, windshield wiper covers and battery covers I sell.

I did notice on their website that they do LS1 V-8 conversions to Turbo Regals, oh the horror!

Hey, I was trying to figure out the reasoning behind the LS1 V-8 conversion into a Turbo Regal. Maybe it's like trying to figure out why Michael Jackson got all his nose jobs?

Hey Mark,

I've seen that car up close, in fact I got a head on pic at SuperChevy in Houston last fall. It's a clean car, even though it's an LS-1. He's about 15 miles up the road from me, but I've never met him...
