Code 32 EGR??

I have a ported and polished Champion intake, would this cause the error to come up.(egr tower being milled) turbo link says the egr is not where the ecm expects it to be or might not be functioning correctly.

I have no idea if it has anything to do with it but I get this code all the time at highway speeds (after about 15-20 min) in my SS since I swapped in the 350. Possibly there is enough of a difference in vacuum signals due to my 350 (or in your case ported/polished intake) that are sent to the MAP sensor for the ECM to see it as "out of range" as the manuals state. I have checked vacuum signals, tested the EGR valve, solenoid and MAP sensor on my car and all checks out fine - I also get MAP sensor readings from my scanner, so its not a complete EGR failure in my case. Not once did I get this code once with the 305 but i could be coinsidence I guess

I know my case isn't directly TR related, but I just thought I would throw that idea out there :)
