I am going to do a compression test on my car tomorrow and whas wondering what is the service limits for compression for the 3.8L Turbo 6. Also what is normal oil pressure for these engines? Too low Too high?

YOu should have the throttle body cracked open, and look for steady numbers that are within 10 percent of eachother. Also put a battery charger on it so you have a steady voltage each time you crank the car over. I dont think you'll see alot of oil psi when cranking, I would say 20psi hot at idle, and a 10 psi increase for every 1000 rpms.

#1 154 psi, #2 155 psi, #3 156 psi, #4 157psi, #5 154 psi, #6 155 psi. How is this compared to the service limits, low side or on the high side?
