I just realized my cam sensor was installed on the exhaust stroke instead of the compression stroke?
I would like to hear what problems this can cause to see if it coinsides with the problems I am having. Thanks for the info.

Please let me know.

Do you guys know if this would affect my idle? Or is it just with the start-up? Since you can unplug it after the car is running without affect.

Thanks for your response. This probably explains why I was having problems getting the IAC #'s set correctly with the proper TPS voltage.
Just figuring out why no one responding with "check your cam sensor" when I asked about not being able to set the IAC properly. Maybe it was something of a no brainer that should have been already checked, I don't know. Oh well.
I will post results after installing correctly.

Thanks, this board is still the best.

WOW, what a difference in my idle. I can now set the proper IACand TPS voltage #'s. But I did find out after making any adjustments to the min air screw that the car had to be shut off and restarted to see any affect that the screw made. Still had to turn the screw quite aways in (against the spring) to get the 10-20 counts on the IAC but it idles great and does not stall while driving or letting off the gas.

Check your cam sensor if you have an idle problem!!
