Aaarrrgh.
TCC would not lock before, and it does not lock now.
What am i missing?
Wiring is good all the way to the tcc solenoid, verified 12volts/ground from manual lockup switch and ecm command.
Removed solenoid and bench tested, 23 ohms, when 12 volts applied, you could notblow through it, worked perfect.
Removed lockup valve and found no foreign material,so i reinstalled it and it moves freely.
Removed torque converter and had the guy who built it cut it apart to inspect.
He found the converter to be perfect, no tell tale signs why it wouldn't lock up.
New gasket/fluid/filter.
Reinstalled torque converter and test drove.
The car acted no different, could not feel it lockup, and when I pressed on the brake at 60mph, the rpms did not raise even a little.
Tried commanding lockup in 2nd and 3rd/4th with my manual switch, but could not feel any engagement.
What am I missing?
Please help me figure this one out!!!!!
