OK, I have the 1987 ECM with chip, but what are all the other parts needed to fully convert? It is to my understanding that an electric fan is optional.

Also, while I'm on the subject of questions, what would be the best spark plugs for my setup? Every one of my mods are in my sig.

You'll need a 86/87 style MAF and MAT.

The MAF will plug right in and the MAT will need a wired up. Caspers has a kit to wire the the MAT.

Optionally you could go with a translator with a LT1/LS1 MAF.

Plugs? I'd stick with AC R43ts @ .032 for your combo.

Someone mentioned switching to an 86/87 coil pack. Is there any advantage at all to this besides the price?

Also, what needs to be done to put an electric fan in?
