I just finished a 4.1 swap with 86 GN stuff into my 84 GN. It has a TE44 on it and right now I'm running a stock tranny with a restalled stock Convertor to about 2800. I have another tranny thats supposed to have hard parts in it and I am going to be rebuilding it to put in my car since the stock one started slipping after my first 15psi test pass. I also have a nice 3500 stall convertor that came with the other tranny. Would the 3500 be too much stall for my set up?
