CQ vs CF Valve body

What's the difference between the CQ and CZ valve bodies? Is there any advantage of using one over the other? I've been looking for a CZF trans to build up, but haven't found one. I have found a few CQ's locally. Would a CQ trans be as good a starting point for a build up?

CQ came in late 84 & 85 SS Monte, CZ came in 86-88. Don't know what is different in VBody, calibration, updates etc..
