The windsheild will have to come out first. Then the headliner and ruber seals from the T-Tops along with the side glass seals. (The reasion that these have to come out is to keep from melting from welding the crack). After trhis is done then the crack is going to have to be ground down into a small V so it can be welded properly. Then after welding the weld will need to be grounded smooth. Seal the area, plastic filler over that, block the filler, prime with a filling primer, sanded then sealed and painted. Then everything will have to be put back together. I can see an easy 10 to 15 hours involved then add the materials. Materials should'nt cost more then $100.00. I work for $45.00 an hour. But most shops go for closer to $60.00 to $70.00 an hour. Depending on the hourlly rate of the shop you go to, your looking at anywhere from $600.00 to $1000.00.
