dash's plastic strip keeps popping out

that little chrome plastic strip that runs horazontally across the center of my dash keeps popping out, what can i do to keep it in there?

Mine also used to pop out. 3M makes an excellent glue for body trim. Comes in a tube about the size of toothpaste. I found it at a Body Shop Supply store. Good stuff and will keep the trim where it is supposed to be. Careful not to put too much on. Stuff is hard to get off..
