DEI turbo insulation kit..worth it?

Ok ive noticed a place on ebay selling the DEI turbo insulation kit for $70. Is this worth it? Would i see any performance increase? Would it keep my hood from getting so hot above the turbo? Any info appreciated. Thanks

I don't know about the lag, but you may see a few horsies after install due to the lower temp. under the hood. Bud mainly it just saves the rest of you engine from heat. For that kinda money i would prolly just coat the turbine housing and downpipe and it should do about the same.
