i pay about 160.00 a week,if i don't have 800 hour worked in the six month period or half i have to pay 3.09 for every hour i am short.I was layed off for about 3 months last half and am 292 hours short, got a bill for 902.28 to keep coverage that is not that great. Thank god my wife has good coverage that is free!

I am doing Cobra right now and it more or less sucks.
I did have to sign a release for 1 year for back problems because I had back surgery about 1 year ago. the company is World ins. company. we went through a local agent, if you can't find any info on this I will try to find our agents info & I'm sure he would be able to help yall some how.:)
