My company has instituted content controls to prevent people from viewing various categories of website. This site is now blocked at work for me. We have two offices in different cities with the same blocking software and two totally separate IT groups. TB.com is blocked by both. Funny thing is the "other" site works fine. Is this site sending out something that tells this blocking software what it is.

Very good question, wish I could answer it.

Hrmm email adam.self@aiwebgroup.com and ask him this very question and post. Even I am interested in this question and honestly I do not know the answer.
Sorry i could not be more help.

Might try a)

Listing content type:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">

Then try a description meta tag:

<meta http-equiv="description" content="Area for turbo Buick people to post messages">

And finally a keyword tag, that I bet the firewall uses to base its policy on:

<meta http-equiv="keywords" content="turbo buick, 231, buick, regal, gn, national, grand national, turbo regal, turbocharger, fuel injection">

Either that, or your admin is blocking a block of ip's. Instead of say one pr0n site at say 1.2.3.4, your admin is blocking say 1.2.*

Just a couple thoughts....
