Those bolts I would recommend going by feel. Many many people have stripped them out in the past. The problem is made worse if you add a power plate and a 2nd gasket.
Earl is correct go by feel... Hardened bolting meshing into soft aluminum doesn't offer stretch of the fasteners. Any appreciable torque would strip the holes.
They're 8mm fasteners. Going 30 ft/#s should rip the threads right out of the manifold. It'll be worse if you're added a powerplate and a second gasket.
Yep...at 30 you might as well just kiss them goodbye.
If you have the doghouse off, just drill it out now and install M8 Heli-coils and be done. I've done it to 2 different intakes and its so nice knowing you won't rip out the threads anymore.
