TTA intercooler is the same as the GNX intercooler. GN intercooler can be used just has fewer fins per inch.

But you can't use the stock location stretch intercoolers made for the GN correct? Because they hang too low and scrap? Or has someone found a size or just made one fit? Anyone have one working with a scoop?

Physically and extrenally yes

Previous owner of my car had a stretch installed, could never be too carefull about speed bumps or bottoming out. The shop that installed it made an aluminum adaption to the stock shroud (didn't hold up well against the previous mentioned obstacles either). I still have it, but purchased a stock TTA replacement from one of the members. The intercooler fan doesn't like meeting metal either. I have learned the hard way, stock works pretty damn well.
