DP install, now boost all over the place

Just installed an ATR 3" DP and went for a drive. The boost ranges from 16 to 20 psi, where with the stock DP, it would hold a stead 17. Any ideas? I'm also using the RJC boost controller.

The puck moved freely when I installed it. It looks like there is no way to adjust it since the DP mounts to the turbo only one way and the puck has no adjustments. The puck does like big though, like an 1.5's.
