Draining fuel tank

Which wire do you connect in the engine compartment to use the fuel pumpand drain the tank, via the fuel rail?

it is the one on the drivers side by the valve cover that is not connected to anything. I think it is tan

I seen that one, but wasn't sure, I know the green one is for the tach. Thanks,
