Dumb Ford Question

Does anybody know if Expeditions and Explorers use the same radio? Do any other Fords use the same size radio with the same wiring harness?

I'm looking to swap my AM/FM Cassette out with a CD Player from something my dad has at his dealership (yes, this is a legit swap...) but want to tell him which vehicles to look at for a donor.

Yes - basically, unless it is a "premium" system, they will all swap from like years. If it looks the same - it is.
