can anyone tell me the part number for the dynomax system for our cars?

FYI, From 89TTA.com

The Walker TTA 3" cat-back exhaust system consists of these parts:

Walker Part #44074 First intermediate pipe
Walker Part #43248 Over-axle pipe
Walker Part #17296 Muffler
Walker Part #44279 Universal Tailpipe

Or, for a mandrel bent 2 1/2" cat back system under a single part number:

Walker Part # 17494.

The new GM High Tech Magazine has part #17484 as the whole cat back exhaust for their project '89 Formula. 3" intermediate pipe into muffler and 2.5 outlets. Exits in stock location.

Yep, your right. The I-Pipe is different. But if they have a kit for the dual cat, I'm sure they'd have one for the single cat cars like ours. Maybe worth a shot to give them a call.
