I have an Eagle forged steel crank in the 4.1 that is being built for my TTA, but the stock "key" doesn't fit, if used it sticks up too high. Where does one get the correct woodruff key for an Eagle crank?

Most of us just grind the bottom of the woodriff key down little by little until the balancer fits. This is common for the Eagle cranks.

Weber racing has the correct keyway for the eagle or cat cranks. The stock woodruff key is too tall and fits loose in the crankshaft. If you try to tap the stock balancer hub on even by hand it will crack the keyway in the balancer with the stock key. The weber keyway is shorter and comes with a shim to make up the wider key slot in the crank. If you just file the stock key down it will work, but it will still fit loose width wise, and you can have a chance of cracking the balancer in the keyway, which in time can be bad news if it comes apart  .Call weber racing 440-327-7702, and talk to Brian or Leo
