There's an extensive thread at http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=57760 about the cutouts. Haven't installed any on a TTA as of yet but don't see why they wouldn't work. Do you already have a dump pipe on your car?

There is also a company called QuickTime Performance that sells them. I got one before Mark(?) starting selling them.
