After i start my car up my fan keeps turning on and off, also i hear a click everytime it turns on.
I need help.

I'm not being smart, but are your AC controls on defrost? I believe when the compressor kicks on & off during defrost, the high speed fan will start & stop. Could the clicking be the compressor clutch?

Umm........no that wasn't it.
Better take into the dealer so they can charge me $500.
Thanks David65 for showing the world how big a fool I really am.:) :) :) :) :)

Go to www.gnttype.org and find the diagram for where the sensors and relays are located and which one is which. Then take the relays off and check them, take them apart if you have to. I had one that made noise if you shook it, it was all rusted inside making my fan run all the time. You don't have to take it to the dealer.

fan problems

I suspect that you have a problem with the cooling fan relay we all grow to hate, the delay relay. Without a doubt, this one fails with the most regularity. They are about 40 dollars to replace. Their function is to cool the engine while the vehicle is shut down.

gmpartsdirect.com has then for the cheapest, dont get at local parts store they are around $80.
