How many electronic components do our cars have (like the ECM) and are there replacements available if they go on the fritz?

Ignitions modules, caps & rotors etc you can get at NAPA, or any parts store. BUT the ESC, Computer, etc are harder to find. but still out there. You have to look harder for them.
