Emissions coming up - big deal with Jay C 93 chip?

My MD emissions test is this month and for the life of me I can't find my stock chip. Should it be that big af a deal running the Jay Carter 93 chip that I have in there? (I'll have ATRs high flow cat on the car). The car passed with flying colors last time with basically the same setup as now, but I had the stock chip in.

For what it's worth, I recently passed NJ emissions with a JC93 chip for 009 injectors. Not even close to failing even with a 160 deg thermostat and 206/206 cam.

Found the stocker!
Wouldn't it be ironic if emissions were CLEANER with the Jay C. chip, if it were leaning things out, rather than being fat with the stocker?

I passed VA emissions inspections with Jay's 93 chip.
