how do i adjust the epicenter it has 2 knows on top and when you open it it has switches inside i am lost on this one

How old is it? There is nothing inside you can adjust. What are you trying to do?

One knob is how much effect, the other is how loud the effect is.

Unless you are running a healthy sub, I wouldn't even install this.
