Any good exhaust shop can make that. There is tooling for a bender that makes ball flanges. they will have to ball the end of a pipe and then cut off ball end

re:local shops

Not one local shop that does 3" exhaust has the correct tool to do this. I went all over looking.....Dave :(

I dont know their number but call finishline performance in naperville illinois. I am sure they can make one for you

I tried to have one made in my area. No one could fab one up in that size. I just got rid of it.

Dave, this might be of help to you ..... MAC Performance Camaro/Firebird 86-92 3" Off Road Pipe Single Cat Car w/ AIR

Also the 3rd Gen GTA's / Formulas (late 80's) had this flange and ball end on the cat ... so if you find a cat you can cut it off and use that as well ...

I had a test pipe made up like the off road pipe in the first link above that way I eliminated that OEM adapter on our cars (mine rusted as well and I had a hole welded to sort it short term but rusted through in a differnt spot later so got fed up wiht it and got rid of it), worked fine for me.
