Exhaust Housing Conditions and Cracks, What's considered acceptable?

Attempting to get a little conversations going on the topic of turbine housing conditions for those getting brave enought to start tearing down turbos and rebuilding.
What's acceptable as far as cracks go?
Which housing are more common to cracking?
PTE .63 housings hold up any better than Garrett .63's against stress crack?
Pictured is a Garrett .63 with a cracks, your thoughts? Is this a common occurance? Is this pictured housing still considered acceptable?

I'd replace that one.Who's housing is that?How old?It doesn't look like it was prepped right when it was fiirst made.
