extreme chip question

i installed an extreme alky chip and i installed a caspers injector hotwire kit,the car ran fine with the stock injector harness but after i installed the injector hotwire the car was running rough at idle and very rich from the exhaust. it is so bad that it will give you a headache sitting at a stoplight. so i took out 10% fuel at idle from the translator car runs smooth but still runs rich you can blip the throttle and you see black smoke fp is 43 with line off i wanted to know how to take fuel out of the chip.
