What makes the f body radiator so much better, does it actually outflow a good stock GN unit or is it just a good upgrade because its lighter or something.

There's no such thing as a good stock GN radiator anymore. They started clogging from the bottom up decades ago.

It is much lighter and less than $100 to restore a cooling system.

so what year f body radiator should I look for when I replaced my GN one right now it stays at 190 driving around on a hot Florida sunny day will the F body rad run cooler

advance auto seems to have the best deal going when you pay for it online and pick it up at the store. (or let them ship it to you for free if you don't mind waiting)

I also live in Florida (Orlando) and i installed a F-Body Rad with a intrepid dual fan from rock-auto and a 160 thermostat. In the middle of the traffic and summer my temps never go above 180. most of the year it drives right at 165-170.

Ok thanks i do have dual fans already.
