I'm looking at what is supposed to be NOS 89 Turbo TA crank. What I found odd was the balancing method on this crank. Instead of just drilling holes into the counterweights to balance it, this one has an entire corner ground off of the rear counterweight to balance it. It seems excessive, but maybe this is normal. Has anyone seen a Turbo TA crank balanced this way from the factory?
