The problem i am having is my fan is suppose to come on at 170 degrees and it's not. And when you turn the A\C on it's not coming on. I changed both relays that didn't work. The only way it will come on is when i turn it on with a switch that i have. Then i have to run around with it on all the time. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. It shows on my Direct Scan that it comes on but its not. I just don't no. Thanks Rob

Key on, relay wiring intact, touch a good ground to the dark green wire, and the dark green/yellow stripe wire that triggers the two small fan relays you just replaced.

Slide the connector back just enough down the relay to hit metal with a test probe for the pins that have the green wires.

Do it one at a time. See if the fan turns on at all.

Ok i just went out there and did this and the fan does come on. One came on a low speed and the other at high speed. Now what should i do. Thanks Rob

Find out what is wrong with the switch wiring and how it wires.

ECM connects to one of those wires for the low speed and the coolant fan switch connects to the other wire.

I think your switch may be interrupting these signals or something.????

I just checked everything out can't find nothing wrong. I turned the A\C on and my fan would come on for about 5 seconds and shut off it did this a few times but it wouldn't stay on. Plus when it hits 170 degrees still the same nothing. The only relay i haven't changed is the fan delay do you think that might be it. Thanks Rob
