Here are a couple of new project pics. I now have the new front fillers installed and the front plastic repainted. The bumper will be next.

fiberglass fillers

Have read both good and bad on fiberglass filler but yours look really good, read they don't line up right dont set just right did you have any problems with lining them up to factory bolt holes.

what did you do for your blackout plastic my black out is peeling 10 years in az sun Have thought about have all my plastic rechromed but use what they call black chrome paint just doesn't seem to hold up at least that what I've read how did you prep your plastic part and what brand of paint did you use.
been working on my t for 4year complete off frame restatoration brought it home year and a half ago, but has set in trailer whole time just now getting around building a garage to work on her in.

I just had to use wax and tar remover on the plastic to clean it up. I have been using the VHT Epoxy Satin spray paint on the plastic parts and underneath the car. The bumper fillers lined up fairly well without having to make the holes too large. I also used rubber washers on the top end of the bolts to eliminate some of the stiffness and give them a little play if needed. If I ever get to paint them, they should look okay.
