Fireplace help?

I have Superior fireplace and I am having a difficult time locating parts for it. What I need is the back refractor and no one seems to stock or sell or anything Superior now that Lennox has purchased them. In the off chance someone here can help me the model I have is CF 3860 and I have come up with a kit #0664, but I think that is a very complete kit...

Unfortunately I have google and came up with a few places that looked promising, even a few that are local, only to be let down. I have spoken with a few over the phone and was told they would "look into it" and either haven't heard back and/or won't answer my calls

There is a local fireplace store that I went to with the size of the refractor I need and he won't sell it to me without a part number and when give the Superior part number he won't help me...

I don't know if you have one near you or if you can even purchase parts from them, but try a place called Johnstone's supply they may have a Lennox catalog or something with new part #s in it. They usually do HAC stuff but they may be able to help you out since it's Lennox.
