Jimmy see if you can get a pic of the feed hose under the wheel house

Need some of that SEM plastic paint.. wonder if that will stick better to the reservoir?

Thanks Paul for the tip...

As long as it's methanol proof :)

not as dumb as I look but.....;) I gotta ask a dumb question....what is 1st gear cavitation and
what are symptoms of it? It seems as if Razor and Paul know what it is?

Heavy 60 ft, tank sloshes back and uncovers the outlet. Robert Wilson had this when his tank would get to 1/2. Full tank he never saw it.
Those that move the battery to the back can rotate the tank and face the fitting back. Wont be an issue anymore.
Only an issue with way faster cars. Probably should be doing a small cell once they are getting into the 9's anyways.

Any ideas on a fuel cell Julio?

1 gallon cell. Did this for Dennis Hogans Stage car some years ago. But you will need to do some cutting into the plastic fender liner o_O

Dont pay attention to the fittings or cap on that link.. I have to dig up a picture.. bit lazy today..

What about a 15 oz buffer canister between the tank and pump? That should allow sufficient volume during critical times.

ive logged correction at 1.4-1.5s

,murphster made a post a while back with powerlogger logging th alky pressure and you could see the pressure drop as it approached top of first gear and then about middle of second it would come back
he found topping the alky off after each pass seemed to stop the pressure drops .

the way i have it set up with the tank outlet rear facing i can run the tank to near empty and still not have a pressure drop
i had thought about the bladder years ago (a small jazz overflow sealed and installed inline of feed infront of fender or attached to bumper strut ) and it should work if you keep the outlet on bottom tipped rearward
nice about the bladder is you should be able to run just until get the low light on at rest and still have enough to cover a pass

Do a small 2 qt tank behind the head light. Sealed unit that would sit lower than the outlet of the coolant reservoir.
Would need the following parts, 2qt reservoir, 2 fittings 90 in and a straight out... and remake the feed line into two sections. Tank to pump and pump to filter.
This tank can go where you normally would mount the remote oil filter.

Id like to hide the tank all together because I hate looking at stuff under the hood lol
