The Bermuda Crossmember (B.C.) is the most evil of Buick places. No matter what part of your G-body engine that you're working on, a dropped nut/bolt/wrench is drawn to the B.C., never to be found again. Entire airplanes have disappeared into it, adding to the front weight of your car.

But now you have a fighting chance! TninkGeek has released a magnetized/telescopic LED stick. For $5, I'm sure it's well worth it! LED Magnetized Telescopic Rescue Stick

B.C. is a unregistered trademark of Dave (can't remember his last name) in Las Vegas, and has been reprinted here w/o permission.

1/4 inch drive here, last seen sailing out of my hand, sent out search party to no avail, finally called it off due to bad temperament.

Good post!

yeah, I think my GN sits about 3/4" lower in front that it did originally because of all the nuts, bolts, screws and small sockets that have dissappeared into the Bermuda Crossmember!!
