So my return line end is damaged besides the bend the very tip where the oring goes is crushed. The feed line has been clamped to the end piece. I can see it rigged up through the frame. Either way can I replace the ends on these two line and if so with what??

I had the same problem.....I cut the line and got an A/N sleeve fitting that convereted it to a SS braided line and then the same thing on the other end to connect to the regulator. I did that until I replaced the entire line with SS braided -6

What your saying is you replaced the hard line with the braided? Did you keep the stock front fuel lines? I'm not trying to spend that much money on this. Just bought a new SS brake line kit and will need a couple other things to get this swap done.

i have a tool to form those saginaw fuel line crimps ,
i could make you a couple repair ends and just reuse the nuts
1/4" return , 3/8"feed

if in a hurry you can get repair kit at advance and other chain stores (usually on the shelf) , ..its a short length of tubing with the saginaw ends then use a flare or fuel line to join to existing line

That sounds like an idea. Just have to figure out the feed line I'm gonna need to cut it at some point so I have enough room to make the flares and put a union in. Do the fuel line ends come with Orings and connectors or is it just the line itself. I see them at the store all the time just never looked at them. They are usually sold in a clear bag in the Help section.

thats the way the car is now....full -8 SS braided feed and full -6 braided return.....

but when I just made the repair I spliced in SS braided from the frame to the regulator until I had the money to replace both lines front to back.

there are A/N fittings made to go from a hard steel line to SS braided.
