fuel press,leak

Iam just about ready to put my turbo on but i want to make sure every thing is ok so this is what is going on, when i turn the key on be not to start just to build fuel pressure it reads about 32 to 36psi i lose about 5 psi in 2-3 min and all of it in about 10min is this just leaking back to the tank or is there a problem. All the fuel parts are new injectors , fuel pump, reg ,fuel filter,the hose clamps are tight i dont know ,the poor car just wants to run again.

According to this it should hold pressure for at least 20 minutes.
