Fuel Pump won't shut off!!!

Unplugged the Hot Wire and hooked up without it and it stopped, I plug the hot wire in it turns it on. This is with the car off..... Is my Hot WIre shot????? Happen to anybody else??

Maybe the relay in the hotwire kit is getting flaky??

Did it work right before or is this the just after installation problem?

If just after installation problem then:

How does your hot wire kit hooks up?

Who's is it or is it homemade?

Where is it getting the power for the relay & for the relay circuit?
Kind of sounds like the relay circuit is being enerigized all the time.
