Fuel Rail "Logs"

Does anyone know who makes/sells those fuel rails that look like "logs" .. i.e. separate lines for each side? Typically used on non-stock apps of course...

You can buy billet fuel rail stock from a variety of places, including PT&E, Kinsler, and loads of street rod places. It runs around $15/foot.
