GA residents Buford-Commerce

Any one here live in that area? Whats it like in those 2 towns? A new business venture may take me there ... But It will have lots to do with what the area is like..

Buford > Commerce
Commerce is only alive when there is racing, or your wife wants to shop.
Buford is Mall of GA, and ALOT of car dealers, several perf type shops/car audio stores. Buford is happening big now, Commerce may in 5 years, it may not.
